Thanks for the clarification, Madeleine. It makes good sense.  It's nice that 
you maintain a list of willing donors so that those of us who are willing don't 
have to keep track of how many credits we have available. (too much other stuff 
going on, smile. And it's nice that the credits go to those who for one reason 
or another cannot afford the membership or the renewal. If everyone used 
credits and no one could pay, bookshare would have to do quite a bit of 
fundraising, and some volunteers who can afford to contribute time but not 
money would fee bad.
Might I suggest that your article be in the next newsletter, so that people 
won't postrequests on the lists?
