I think when books are submitted they go instantly (literally) to the download list with no one checking anything, so if the submitter puts the wrong word in the format there it is. I think the upload in step two as to be in the same format as when the book was downloaded, except that the engineers finally manmaged to program it so that txt and doc files could be uploaded as rtf--at least I think doc files can be, or do they have to be uploaded as doc files?
