If it wasn't so long, nearly 400 pages, I would tackle it. However, I know
there is no way that I can do anything that length any justice. It looks like
Kim simply did not renew the book, and she hasn't replied. I hope everything is
okay. I don't think she was in chat Saturday night, either, come to think of it.
