Ebay works fine, but you might need assistence to sign up for it now, too.
I needed help for paypal because I couldn't understand the sound file no
matter how many times I replayed it, and I assure everyone that my ability
to hear is quite normal and fairly well trained. Unfortunately I needed to
change my address and I again needed help, and I think that was both for
paypal and Ebay, but I'm not totally sure.
I at first just had my husband bid on things for me because he had an
account anyway, but now I am starting to buy stuff. As a family we have had
only 1 major problem and it was partially repayed by Ebay's buyer
protection. It was for Windows xp, which was not as advertised.
Make sure to check out half.com which is associated with Ebay, and is a way
to buy stuff cheep without bidding. It also takes paypal. I've almost
bought books there, but always decided to be patient and try to get them
from a library instead. :-)
