Nan (Hawthorne),

I tried to send this to your email address and it bounced, saying that
Proper Authentication is required. I don't know what that means vis a vis
how your email works, but I'm sending it to you via the bookshare-discuss
list instead. It's not entirely off topic but apologies to the group.

Lisa

Nan,

Thanks for letting us know about this. John Glass will look into it when he
returns from vacation on Thursday. It's important for us to make sure it's
working properly. Sorry you had to go to all that trouble. Meanwhile, thanks
for having your heart in the right place and for reading the manual.

Lisa
