Hi, I will be finishing a book that I've been proofreading. The main challenge for me will be in formatting the character index at the end of the book. The person who submitted the book informs me that character names are indented in all caps and there is a blank space between letters. Question: since the main body of the text is at the left margin and the paragraph presentation isn't indented, How can I format the index so the character names are indented to make them stand out from information about them and how do I preserve double spaces between letters when there is a change?
