To work in only Keyword, and then return.
1. Open .rtf file.
2. make changes, a space will do.
3. Hit escape.
4. say "yes" to the question, do you want to save it as a Keyword document.
5. Keep editing the keyword file till done.
6. Go to "File Manager", then "Translation menu" then "Export document"
and follow the prompts.
I have a QT so my commands are probably different from yours as far as how
to get rich text format to pop up. I use control with space bar.
If I remember right it has to do with a thumb key and a space bar perhaps.
Check help.
Anyway, that should make things all right with the world.
I have found editing in Keyword makes for less buggy files and more easy to
use files. and the fix in Keysoft 5.1 seems to prevent the challenges of
the truncating keyword files, or I haven't had one in a while, knock on
wood.

Hey Reggie,
I've recently started validating books on my BN as rtf files and
uploading them without changing the format and I believe all my
corrections are not being erased so I'm not sure what to tell you. I
do have an earlier version of Keysoft though, so I wonder if that's
making a difference?
