E is correct. Several people have been writing me, with lists of series numbers 
to add to titles. I don't have a strong preference about what the title format 
looks like as long as every title in the series has the same format. It drives 
me bonkers when a series has Book 1, Volume II, and #3. I really like to make 
them consistent.

If somebody writes Carrie about these series titles, she can fix the 
older titles so they explain about the book being part of a series 
according to the standard in the manual.
