[bksvol-discuss] Got my first book to validate and some questions

Well since I can't tell where they should be and some of the numbers are out
of order should I just delete them? There aren't any chapter titles so I
could make the word program put numbers in so there is reference markings
and make a note to that effect or should I just leave them alone? I want to
do it right and not get in trouble.
