In regard to the driver, click start, then control panel, then open the Display item. On the Settings tab (it's the last one) increase the screen resolution slider to be at least whatever value the error mentioned. Also make sure that the color combo box is set to Highest (32 bit) if your hardware supports that at the resolution required by the driver.
