I would doublecheck to make sure it's not part of the collection. If it's not
or if it could stand improving, I'd have someone sighted check the format of
the book and keep what you're doing as close to that as possible. Probably,
but this is only a guess, each show is separated from the previous by a blank
line or, at minimum, the blank comes between changes in the first letters.

I am beginning to proof a book describing various old time radio shows. There
are no chapters and each show is presented one after another. How do I 'format
