I ran into the exact, same problem and ended up calling the Membership
Department to update my records via phone. I think it must be a bug
with the website, then.

I can log into BookShare, but when I go to the page to change my
address, I'm required to enter my e-mail address and password again.
On that page either my password or e-mail address is not being recognized.
