Well, I'd give it an a-. It's OK, most of the text is good, there are
some headers still in it, and it may have horrible stuff further on.
See, that's why I recommend reading the entire book. I only looked at
the first fifteen pages. I think it could stand a reproofing, but if
nobody has time, it will do.
