Did you install the scanner in OmniPage? I use OmniPage with three different
scanners: a very old Memorex, an older HP all in one and a newer Lexmark all in
one. Each one I have to install the scanner into omnipage, not just install the
scanner to your computer.
I use version 15 and you want to go into tools, options, scanner, setup and
follow the prompts from there. If is NOT a program that is friendly if you are
without vision, just a word of warning.
