Cindy, you can always retrieve anything you have sent to the list by going to the bookshare discussion list archive at //www.freelists.org/archive/bksvol-discuss and retrieving a copy of your email from there. Each email has any attachments that were sent with it, too. smile.
That's true of any post that is made to this list, by the way. Every post is kept in the freelists archive.
