you probably still want to wait... but I know her other books Little
Women and Little Men and all those are public domain now.  so I would
imagine this one is too.

I found the book free on the internet... so I'd wager its no copyright
issue on this book.

Since Louisa May Alcott died in 1888 I'm wondering if
it no longer falls under the copyright protection? I'm
