I turn the punctuation on to 'all' whenever I want to proofread. Hold down the JAWS key and hit V. Then when the options box opens, Ihit P to go to punctuation. Tab until you get to all and hit execute. -----Original Message----- From: Sue Stevens

Since I am a Braille only user, I can't answer her question. But is it possible for her to set Jaws so that she will only hear all the punctuation when proofing in Word? A scanner will often put in a lot of stuff that is not in the text of the book, and you will need to remove it. HTH! Marty-----Original Message----- From: Angel Murphy

Hi Angel,Netta's suggestion will do universal punctuation, but if you want to turn on all the punctuation on just the file that you are working on, hold down the JAWS key and hit v. Then hit p, which will give you the punctuation. Make sure that you put it on 'all' and your JAWS will give you all the punctuation marks.
