Hi Gail,
If you have been validating using Kurzweil, you need to try opening
the file in Microsoft Word, put a space at the beginning of the file, back
space to delete it, then save, and exit Word. If that doesn't fix the
problem, I don't know what to tell you. But you may well need to do this if
you validated using kurzweil. This is a common problem, and the fix for it,
when validating using Kurzweil.

Help! I don't want to lose credit fr this book but I have tried on two
different computers to upload this book and keep getting the same
error. It keeps saying that the file is missing information or
incorrect. We're using Vista. It is a separate spot on the desktop.
I have been unsucessful trying for two weeks.
I even had a sighted friend try to help.
