Wonderful and many thanks to John for maintaining the list; it's no easy task,
and he's been doing for years.
I haven't had time to write a review, but shaman is wonderful historical
fiction, set in 9th-century U.S. a lot more history than the Civil War is
presented, along with a wonderful story of 2 doctors and their experiences
