Hi Cindy,
You don't have to describe every detail of very complex illustrations, such
as the clothing worn by every member of a crowd. <grin> If you can try to
capture the purpose of the picture and make that clear in your description,
that should be sufficient. For example, if everyone is dressed in fancy and
expensive clothes you could say something to that affect instead of having
to describe each outfit.
