My first introduction to Shakespeare was as a child, when I was given Lamb's Tales of Shakespeare. Charles and Mary Lamb (he's better known as Elia for his adult writings) summarizes the plots of major plays and writes them as stories. They weren't dull at all, but exciting stories. The funny thing, though, was the end of Hamlet, where everyone dies in about two sentences. I see we have the book in the collection, available to non-members as well as to members. Here the title is just Tales of Shakespeare. Your book sounds very interesting. Cindy __________________________________________________ Do You Yahoo!? Tired of spam? Yahoo!
