I cannot stand heat either, and unfortunately I live in Scottsdale,
Arizona, a suburb of Phoenix. Lest someone wonder, I am in the south
part of the city, the "slums", not where all those wealthy doctors,
lawyers and accountants live.

Given the fact that I have high blood pressure now, it's not great for

be out in it for an extended period of time, either. About the only
