I LOLed Tracy. I know someone who has her address and will forward your message
to her, but I doubt if Pamela will respond. Maybe I'm doing her an
injustice,though.
In the meantime, in case she doesn't answer or doesn't still have the book,
I've ordered the LP edition--is it one of these ISBN numbers?
