Hi Natasha,
I think I would change them but leave a note before the beginning of the
book explaining that the chapter titles were backward and that they have
been changed for the sake of readability with speech and Braille. That way
anyone who reads the book will still know about the formatting quirk but not
have to be aggravated by it.
