FYI: According to Barnes & Noble, the paperback,
published in 2002, has 340 pages. I don't know about
the hardback; amazon didn't say.

Unfortunately, none of my libraries has it , so I
can't provide the missing pages. Hopefully you'll hear
from the scanner. smile.
