Hi Cindy,
I think asking your questions on the volunteer list will get you the
broadest offering of answers. Very often there are techniques that achieve
the same results using different steps. Sometimes one way works well for
one person, but not another. The more options you have for getting answers
to your questions, the more options you have for doing the job. I'd start
first by reading the volunteer manual as all of us are required to do. That
way, you have a place to start when asking questions, clarification for
things in the manual and the like.

Hello!
I am new to the Bookshare group and would like some help.
I've been working with a braille reader for 5 years and have a pretty good
collection of books over the years. (saved of course on my hard drive.)
I would like a mentor who can help me through the process of getting some of
these books validated - I guess I need need to know that I'm on the right
track before spending hours doing it wrong.
I also would like to valadate others books too. So would like to know a
little more then the tips that are on the web site and in the manual.
