Monica, I suggest that you do a couple of things before submitting a scan
of a whole book. Scan a couple of pages at different places throughout the
book. Then use a spell checker to check on them. You are getting a lot of
the errors I mentioned plus some other ones such as j written for l so that
myself comes out mysejf.
If you are going to scan, you will want each book to have the settings
which will get you the best scans. Those settings vary from book to
book. I do not know how to tell you about setting in OB but the kinds of
errors you are getting suggest that different settings may improve future
scans.
