Sorry I can't help. None of my libraries has that
book, though they have lots of others of his. Amazon
says it was published in 1991 as a mass marker
paperback. The government copyright office is
temporarily unavailable, and it's not in the Library
of Congress catalog.
It may be on an uncatalogued carousel in the library.
I'll try to look when I next go if you haven't
received the information from someone else.
