Unfortunately the publishers haven't given Amazon
permission to let us "look inside the book."
If you can send me the copyright page, hopefully I can
confirm it for you--or maybe that isn't necessary, if
you've been able to read the copyright page. You don't
need any other verification if the copyright info is
on the copyright page. Just be sure that it's on the
form correctly. Most of the kickbacks are because the
submitter didn't put the info properly onto the form.
The most recent book I uploaded had the publisher in
the copyright space, though the author was the
copyright holder on the copyright page--just a
careless mistake.

P.S. The book isn't in my library branch but I can
request it if necessary--but it doesn't sound as if
you'll need it.
