Thanks, Mayrie. I'm not sure I followed your response. I just checked and the pages with the photos do NOT interrupt or mess up the page numbers of the book. In that case, I think I will ignore the photos, captions, and photo credits. Should I remove "Photo Credits" from the Table of Contents? Thanks, Marilyn

Hi Marilyn,If I remember correctly, Jake, or Carrie, or somebody with some authority said that we should delete those photo pages and captions from the middle of the book, because unless those pages continue page numbering, they will mess up proper page numbering in the daisy files. If the page numbering is not interupted by the photos, then I personally, would keep the captions in the book.Another option, if you like, is to move those pages containing photos to the end of the book. But that would only apply if the pages with photos interrupt the page numbering.Am I making any sense? Peace, Mayrie At 04:20 PM 4/12/2008, you wrote:Hi, All.I'm validating my first book with photos in the middle (non-fiction) with captions and "photo credits" at theend of the book. I remember reading somewhere on this list that someone deleted the captions, so am I to assume that the photos are disregarded as well? And if the photos and captions aren't there, what about the photo credits, which are listed in the table of contents? Many thanks, Marilyn P.S. If it matters, this is a book by Deanna (Mrs. Brett) Favre's battle with breast cancer, and the pictures are of her and Brett and family members, etc. Nothing to be considered "Core Content," I think.
