Hi all, 

Jamie and Jackie (and others discussing this): I agree that these great ideas 
should be added to the manual or FAQ section. I have a folder in my emails 
dedicated to all of your good ideas to make sure this happens! I'll also 
discuss this with Alisa and Mayrie.

Jamie--sorry about the website glitch! That's really bizarre. I have no idea 
what was going on, but I know engineering is working on the Bookshare website, 
so maybe that caused the problem?
