My library doesn't have that edition but I'll request
the one it does have. It will be a week before I can
get it, though, as I'm going down to San Diego for
several days.
I checked on amazon. The main text starts on p. 12, so
I suspect pages 10 and 11 are pictures or blanks
pages. There's no reference to o. 82 so it's probably
also a picture or blank. There is text on p. 199.
Wildcat, I'll let you know when I have the book and
maybe we can find out what's going on. In the
meantime, maybe I can find the book in San Diego.
