Hi Jim,
If you have Jaws, there is an option you can set to either show a 6 dot cell
or an 8-dot cell. If the 8-dot is checked you would see all upper case. It
doesn't say cell, it says display, as in 8-dot display.

Does anyone know why braille on the computer is in all upper case
characters? When I get braille on my computer, I always go into a text
editer and make the whole thing lower case.
