Cindy, have you tried the new Hershey's Extra Dark? It's yummy!

OOOps--I spoke out of turn. Sorry, Gerald. I should
have read all my mail, as has been suggested/requested
and as I usually try to do. I'll find a way to punish
myself--maybe take out a square of chocolate, look at
it and smell it and put it away. smile

OT: We were at Trader Joe's today. My husband, who can
eat chocolate any time he wants with no ill effects,
carefully examined for the cocoa content and then
bought 5 bars of different brands. Forget wine--he's
going to be a chocolate bar expert. I know we've had a
discussion of the best chocolate here before, but I'm
content with Hershey's dark. smile

Rick,

I don't think Bookshare wants us resubmitting books
in different formats to
allow more volunteers to be able to validate a book.
 In any case, this
sounds more like a policy issue, and it would be
more appropriate to ask the
staff if this is acceptable. Perhaps you should ask
John Glass, the
Customer Support Manager. His address is

I have OpenBook. But I don't really consider myself
yet much of a validator
either by skill or with enough time to do all of
them. I know there are a
lot of .ARK files on Step 1 page.

I was wondering... Would it be of any use if I would
download a bunch of
them, 1 at a time of course, and then re-submit them
up in the Rich Text
Format?

I'd be happy to do at least some of these, if is
acceptable or someone can
suggest how I might best do it.
