Hi, Christina. I have run into the same problem that you're describing. I
know it won't help you very much, but I found that I could use the standard
view if I was willing to use my Jaws cursor a lot. That was a pretty tedious
process, but it worked. I finally gave up and brought GMail into Outlook.
