Thank you all for your kind and generous comments. It means a lot to me to have your support. I've wanted to be a writer since I was a little girl, and it feels so good to do what I've always known I should be doing. Cindy gave me encouragement when my fear seemed stronger than my hope, and many of you have encouraged me in little ways over the past couple of months. Small gestures of kindness can be huge if a person his finding her way and taking a chance for the first time. The discussion about Jeopardy helped me see that the only person who truly loses is the person who doesn't try. (smile)
