Hi, Evan and everyone!  There are actually a few tools for creating tactile 
graphics that do a pretty nice job with graphs and charts... even 
photographs sometimes.  ViewPlus has a new thing called that Iveo which, 
when combined with one of their Tiger embossers, can be used to create some 
very good graphics that are pretty easy to follow.  As far as multi-line 
Braille displays, I know that there is some work being done in that area. 
That has been a dream of mine since I was a teenager. <Smile>  There are a 
couple of projects in the works which utilize a new way to create Braille 
cells that is very cost-effective.  I sure do hope they manage to find a way 
to make something like that affordable!
