The Baen library has Incandescence by Greg Egan while Bookshare does not. If there is one example, there are probably others.

I never did get around to getting a webscription, but I did used to download books from the Baen Free Library. Then I noticed that at least most of these books were being added to Bookshare as publisher quality additions. Since I noticed that I have not visited the Baen web site for a long time. It cuts down on the number of sites that I have to keep track of. Similarly, once I discovered Open Library I stopped visiting the Gutenberg site too. In the tutorial material at Open Library there was a statement to the effect that Open library picks up and adds as an accessible book all the books that Gutenberg has. In addition to that Open Library also has a lot of protected Daisy books that Gutenberg would not have. I figured that if Open Library has everything that Gutenberg has plus a lot more that is accessible then I need not bother with Gutenberg again. Then I realized that Open Library does not pick up the public domain magazines that Gutenberg has. That has led me to revisit Gutenberg again now and then. So far, I have not seen the evidence that the Baen library has anything that Bookshare does not have or will not have soon. If I am incorrect about this let me know.
