Hi Reggie,

I'm not Scott, but here's what I think you probably need to do. When
credits are donated, they're applied to your volunteering account, and you
need to just go renew yourself. If the credits aren't there, then you have
a problem. It's been my experience though that the credits are probably
there, but you need to go apply them to your upcoming subscription yourself.
The fact that the subscription hasn't been renewed doesn't necessarily mean
that the credits aren't there. Try going through the renewal process
yourself and see if you can apply credits in your account. For that matter,
you can go look at your account and see if you have the credits available.
If they're available to you, then you can use them. If they aren't there,
then you're right, you need help. You just might not need help is all I'm
saying.

Good luck with getting settled into your new home. I hope you're well!

Mayrie

Subject: [bksvol-discuss] OT to Scott: who do I write to?

Scott:
Bookshare is generating email stating that my subscription is ready to
expire. As you told me earlier before I moved, I had received enough
credits from other wonderful people to get my sub for another year. Who do
I write to so this can be corrected, please? Thanks much. Almost ready to
start really working again volunteering. Just a few more boxes! (smiles)
Reggie
