Tim, you haven't answered the question, or at least you haven't
answered the question directly. Is what you are doing for Bookshare,
yes or no?
If it is, then you can't submit the material because it is already in a
PDF format. You did not scan it, it wasn't scanned, and sending it to
Bookshare is against the rules.
If no, then just say so, clearly and unequivocally, "This was not for
Bookshare."
