I scan a lot of books with pictures, diagrams, drawings, handwritten text, etc. so I often need to exclude text from the OCR processing. Also I exclude headers and page numbers since I don't want headers and page numbers don't recognize well. I have played with Omnipage for years trying to figure out how to get the scan to start without clicking scan and have been unable to do it without a mouse. Also in the recognition process when Omnipage flags a word, I do not know how to get to the list to pick a word of suggestions without clicking it. I have played with that for years too and can't do it with the keyboard--only the mouse. Or if I want to type in the correct text, I still have to click on the wrong text to be able to get to the place to type the new text. -- Jamie in Michigan Currently Reading: Sleeping with Anemone by Kate Collins Earn cash for answering trivia questions every 3 hours: http://instantcashsweepstakes.com/invitations/ref_link/49497 See everything I've read this year at: www.michiganrxtech.com/books.html
