Hi, Jamie. In the chat software, go to the help menu, choose accessibility, and uncheck the box that talks about reading public text chat. That will stop the annoying robotic voice. :) Yours is defaulting to Microsoft Sam, and that's a dreadful voice to hear all the time, especially when you don't need it.
