Haven't had that happen.  If it's happening to all of your messages
not just those that go through a particular source (like the freelists
distribution server) then it is almost certainly a problem either with
your local setup (not deleting messages from the server for example
and a client set to download all messages every time) or a problem
with your mail provider's configuration.  Basically this is a problem
with some choke point's configuration.
