Hi Cindy, As far as I know, no one is proofreading pdf files from any publisher. Can you elaborate, please? Where are people getting pdf files to proofread? I believe that as things stand, what we submit for addition to the Bookshare collection needs to be a scanned book. Please elaborate on what you're asking, will you? As far as how one would proofread a book without paragraph marks, I'd say it'd be best to reject such a submission. It would take less work to rescan the book than it would be to compare an OCRed copy to the hard copy to insert paragraph marks. Just my opinion though.
