Hi Marty, thanks for jogging my memory. When I've proofread books in the
past, all chapter books lacked titles, so the book I'm proofreading not only
has chapter numbers, but chapter titles as well, so this is in a way a first

Hi Kim,

   Yes, there is a blank line between the page number and the chapter
number.  If there is a title to a chapter, I put it right under the chapter
number and make it 16 point and bolded.  HTH!

Hi, I have a minor question about page formatting. Is  there a blank line
between the page number and the chapter number? Also if there is a title to
a chapter, is there a blank line between the chapter number and the chapter
