Hi Christina,
In 2010, the Paper Size is found under the Page Layout tab of the Ribbon. It
is the fourth tab on the ribbon (two away from the home tab that you start on).
On that tab, its the third button in the second section (Page Setup).
The keystrokes to get there is:
ALT+P
SZ
