[bksvol-discuss] Pages missing

Sorry for the cross posting.
I am validating The Self-directed Teacher: Managing the learning process by
David Nunan and Clarice Lamb. I have done quite a bit of clean up on this
book. However, there are 2 pages that are unreadable. If either the submitter
or anyone else could scan these pages the book is good to go. There is text on
the pages but it's too garbled to make sense and I don't think it's due to
pictures or tables.
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
