I'm glad you're finding all the help and assistance that you need. This is a 
wonderful group of people.

Ideally according to the scanning and proofreading manual the text should be 
standardized to either Times New Roman or Arial at 12 pt. for the text and 16 
for chapter headings and similar text.

At this time non-publishers do not have the ability to include pictures or 
drawings, but picture descriptions are highly encouraged if they add to the 
body of work. In other words, if you have that capability it is an asset.
