Not sure about this particular book, but oftentimes those lists appear to
the left of the title page. There's no need to move them, at least I never
do. The title of the book is always the first thing in any file members
download anyway, so there's no special reason why the title page has to be
the first page in the file.

Should this page have a [Front Cover] heading? Or should it be
moved to a page following the title and copyright pages?
This is a BSO cleanup title, so I thought I would ask to make
sure it is done correctly this time.
