Hi Mary, Actually, that's not true. Notepad doesn't support any font color other than black-on-white, so if your K1000 or MSWord doc has text other than black and you copy it into Notepad the color will come out as black. I do it all the time. I also have my email set to compose in text format unless I need it to be otherwise, and that cures the white text problem. The default in k1000 is white on black for text and background. If you don't need to look at your screen you can easily change in display settings to black on white and your pastes will be legible no matter where you paste to and from.
